About the Journal

Performance Philosophy is an emerging interdisciplinary field of thought, creative practice and scholarship. As an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal, Performance Philosophy publishes work that interrogate what this field might be and what might be possible within it.

We are currently accepting submissions for our next Open Issue, with full articles due 1 June 2021.

Vol. 6 No. 1 (2021): how to think

how to think is the first all-podcast issue of the Performance Philosophy journal, featuring a series of slow conversations between humans who recentre the work of listening, healing, justice, and love (see below). The conversations were recorded remotely in the second half of 2020, and each episode has been edited with close attention to pace, rhythm, and texture. Each conversation is also accompanied by a short offering from the guest featured in that episode.
